Caroline Eco was born in the Philippines and migrated to the United States at the age of 16. Her experiences in tech started at the Borough of Manhattan Community College where she led the robotics team to build an autonomous robot and compete for a national competition. Feeling the great desire to learn more, she pursued electrical engineering technology and graduated Magna Cum Laude at the New York City College of Technology in Brooklyn, New York.
Over the years, she has taught introductory robotics, built and troubleshooted robots, built microcontroller-based circuit boards, programmed, conducted research on orbital space debris and remote sensing using satellites. Currently, she is working as an R&D Electrical Engineer for PepsiCo where she is helping develop the next generation of vending machines.
